How Do I Make A Purchase?
Simply navigate to the item you are interested in purchasing, if there is an option for color or a box for personalization  please enter the information and then click on the "Add to Cart" button.  In your shopping cart you can change the quantity to any quantity you need, but the quantity must meet our minimum ordering requirements for that item.

After you have finished your selection, you may continue shopping or checkout using the buttons found on your shopping cart page. Once you decide to check out, all transactions become secure and encrypted with SSL technology for protection of your personal and financial information.

What Is the Minimum Order Quantity?
My Fabulous Italian Favors has a minimum order requirement for most products on our website. You are welcome to place an order in any quantity above our minimum order.

What Are Your Shipping Costs And When Will I Receive My Order?

Beware of Sites Offering FREE SHIPPING.......COMPARE YOUR TOTAL PRICE: 
Our favors do NOT have a high mark up, so the total on our site even with shipping is usually lower.  Most sites that offer free shipping have to mark up their products to cover their shipping expense. Don't you want the lowest total (bottom line) price regardless if you pay shipping or not?  We do not offer free shipping and hide the expense by padding our item prices.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number For My Shipment?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number, that will allow you to check on the status of your order.

I want to cancel my order:
You may cancel your order at any time, as long as it has not been shipped.  Any canceled orders will be subject to 5% cancellation charge due to transaction fees we incur after your credit card is processed.  Please pay attention to minimum order quantities and out of stock items, as this will result in a 5% charge if your order is canceled.

What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your experience with us. We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items, edible items, samples, sale or clearance items. 

If you need to return merchandise for any reason, we must be notified within 5 days of receiving your order..

for a Return Authorization and Ship to Address BEFORE you return it. 
The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it.  We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.  Sorry, but we cannot offer any return services on partial orders, if the item has been discontinued, or on any personalized items. 
No Return Claims will be accepted after 5 days

What If My Favors Are Damaged?
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service.  We cannot be responsible for any UPS Air charges to get you your favors on time.

You must provide us with photos as proof of damages.  In today's world pretty much everyone has a digital camera.  To save time and expense we require our customers to e-mail us digital photos of the damaged merchandise. Once the photos are reviewed we will either ship out replacements or issue credit, at our discretion.  Please e-mail photos along with your name and order # to sales@myfabulousitalianfavors.com. All Damage or Shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receiveing the merchadise. No Exceptions!  Thank You for your cooperation.

How Long Will An Item Be On Sale Or Clearance?
Our sale and clearance items are continually changing, and updated daily.  All sale and clearance item prices are subject to change without notice.  Please keep in mind when ordering samples of a sale or clearance item, if you decide to place a larger order and the sale has ended, we cannot guarantee the same price and/or quantity of that item.

What Are My Payment Options?
We accept AMEX, Master Card, Visa and Discover Cards.  We also accept money orders, cashier checks, personal checks.  If you are paying by personal check, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to clear in our bank.  Once your check is cleared your order will be shipped.

What Is the Currency For All Prices On Your Site?
All prices are quoted in US Dollars.  We are unable to give currency rate conversions on our prices.

What are The Sales Tax Charges?
All orders shipped to destinations within the state of New York are charged a 8.375% sales tax on the product price not including shipping charges.  Orders shipped outside of New York are exempt from sales tax. 

Do your Favors Come Boxed? 
Most of our favors come boxed but we do have a few items that may be boxed in one master box . Please call 866-993-2867 to verify if the product, you're interested in, comes in its own favor box.

Can I order via Telephone?
Orders can be placed over the telephone toll free at 1-866-99-FAVOR (866-993-2867) during our normal business hours Monday through Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM EST .

Do You Accept Rush Orders?
We understand wedding planning is stressful enough, getting your favors shouldn't be!  If by chance, you forgot to place an order with adequate lead time, we are happy to help.  In most instances we are able to ship within 24 to 72 hours, and we offer UPS Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select to get the products to you faster.  Of course, faster shipping will incur additional charges.  There is a $20.00 fee on all rush orders. We will do everything and anything we can to accommodate you.

Please contact us before placing a rush order to make sure that we are able to accommodate your request. In most instances we can, but during busy wedding season (April thru September) our turnaround times on shipping may increase. Please note, personalized products are not eligible for rush status.

Do You Have A Print Catalogue?
Since the world of wedding favors is continually evolving and changing, we do not offer a print catalogue.  We continually add new products, and update our site weekly.  Our website www.myfabulousitalianfavors.com is our catalogue.

What Is Product Availability? 
We carry most of the products featured on our website.  On occasion, products may be backordered which will be noted in the product description, with an expected in stock date. We make every effort to keep items in stock, however, during busy wedding season (April - September), some items may go out of stock unexpectedly, for short periods of time.

If a product is backordered, you are welcome to place an order, but please note, your order will not ship until it comes back in stock into our inventory.
